This interactive bacterial genome database (Bactome) provides detailed information on a large collection of clinical Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolates.You will find phenotypic data along with sequence information (DNA sequencing, raw data available at NCBI) and gene expression profiling (RNA sequencing, raw data available at NCBI) of all isolates.
